Tandem Service Centre
We have a large Shimano Service Centre with four full time technicians qualified to work on a wide range of tandems.
Our friendly mechanics are on hand to help with any technical query whatsoever. If you are looking for servicing then please refer to our Service Centre prices below.
Due to the size of tandems it is necessary to book work into the Service Centre before arriving. When you call please also tell our staff how urgently you need work doing so we can try our best to get your tandem serviced as quickly as possible.

Opening Times
Please book all bikes and tandems in before arriving, to help ease pressure and make sure you know when your bike can be looked at.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Wednesday closed
Saturday and Sunday – Booking in only.
