Ruth deals with all Santana enquiries and tandem custom build ups. Ruth‘s knowledge of tandems is considerable and she is very passionate about promoting tandeming in the UK.
John and Ruth have the option to ride any of the JD’s fleet of tandems, and they have toured on many of the different models they sell. This year they are joining Santana on their Paris to Amsterdam tour, and then are heading to the Pyranees for a weeks tandeming in the autumn. Followed by another Santana tour from Barcelona to Lisbon in November.
Ruth has taken part in many different rides and events on the tandem with John - The Fred Whitton Challenge - Winter Polaris Challenge - The 100 mile Marie Curie Tandem Challenge - Classic Cols of the Pyranees.
Ruth and John spend their holidays tandem touring and have visited many different countries including Mallorca, Ireland, France, Switzerland, mainland Spain, Hungary, Austria, Germany and in the US Colarado, Tenesse, Mississippi and Louisiana.
